Shipping & Returns

At Weighted, we aim to deliver quality products and a smooth experience. Please review the following policy for details on shipping and returns.

1. Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping within Canada is available. Rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping: Available to select countries. Customers are responsible for duties, customs fees, and taxes. Weighted is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and custom products are final sale.

Process: To initiate a return, contact us at orders@weighted.ca with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
